ITIL --> A set of standards (Best Practices in IT Industry)

ITIL is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world. Providing a cohesive set of best practice guidance drawn from the public and private sectors across the world, it has recently undergone a major and important refresh project.

IT Service Management (ITSM) derives enormous benefits from a best practice approach. Because ITSM is driven both by technology and the huge range of organizational environments in which it operates, it is in a state of constant evolution. Best practice, based on expert advice and input from ITIL users is both current and practical, combining the latest thinking with sound, common sense guidance.

ITIL: Overview and Benefits

ITIL provides a systematic and professional approach to the management of IT service provision. Adopting its guidance offers users a huge range of benefits that include:
  • reduced costs;
  • improved IT services through the use of proven best practice processes;
  • improved customer satisfaction through a more professional approach to service delivery;
  • standards and guidance;
  • improved productivity;
  • improved use of skills and experience; and
  • improved delivery of third party services through the specification of ITIL or ISO 20000 as the standard for service delivery in services procurements.
ITIL includes following broad processes :

Service Opeartion
Service Strategy
Continual Service Improvement
Service Transition
Service Design

We shall be discussing in more details for each of the above mentioned in next article.

Indian Government -- Really serious in LokPal ? Part - I

I am sure like me there are many others who were very much happy when they heard that Government is willing to curb corruption and looking for the options of stringent actions for the culprits.

However the task is not so easy as corruption now is deeply rooted at all the levels and this also includes who can be at very top level. Thus we can expect a large number of resistance indirectly; if not directly.

Recently we have seen judiciary systems into action in 2G scam. This is for the very first time I have seen top minister behind the bars before the charge-sheet is filed. Earlier suspects used to roam around till the time charge-sheet is filed and there was ample chance to buy the evidence. Atleast the possibilities is low now as being top bosses in jail; it is a difficult job to damage the proofs. Now they are afraid of such activities. However it is still not clear how long it will take to the decision as preliminary tasks are still due.

However one thing is to be noted that no one from the ruling party is convicted .. a bit strange ..

Importance of Time ..

Hello Friend !!

Just was under impression how we spent our time throughout the day and weeks and months and so on. Without telling more just try to find out the utter importance of :

To find the same read below ..

To realize the value of ONE YEAR, ask a student who failed a grade.

To realize the value of ONE MONTH, ask a mother who gave birth to a pre-mature baby.

To realize the value of ONE WEEK, ask the editor of a weekly newspaper.

To realize the value of ONE HOUR, ask the lovers who are waiting to meet.

To realize the value of ONE MINUTE, ask a person who missed the train.

To realize the value of ONE SECOND, ask a person who just avoided an accident.

To realize the value of ONE MILLISECOND, ask the person who won a silver medal in the Olympics.

You always have two choices..

Hi Friends !!

Recently while browsing the sea of knowledge I came through a very sensitive story and needless to say I was so touched. I thought of sharing the same with you. This story tell us that we always have choices in our life and what we choose defines us as a Human.

At a fund raising dinner for a school that serves learning-disabled children, the father of one of the students delivered a speech that would never be forgotten by all who attended. After extolling the school and its dedicated staff, he offered a question: "When not interfered with by outside influences, everything nature does is done with perfection.. Yet my son, Shay, cannot learn things as other children do. He cannot understand things as other children do. Where is the natural order of things in my son?"

The audience was stilled by the query. The father continued. "I believe that when a child like Shay, physically and mentally handicapped comes into the world, an opportunity to realize true human nature presents itself, and it comes in the way other people treat that child."

Then he told the following story:

Shay and his father had walked past a park where some boys Shay knew were playing baseball. Shay asked, "Do you think they'll let me play?" Shay's father knew that most of the boys would not want someone like Shay on their team, but the father also understood that if his son were allowed to play, it would give him a much-needed sense of belonging and some confidence to be accepted by others in spite of his handicaps.

Shay's father approached one of the boys on the field and asked (not expecting much) if Shay could play. The boy looked around for guidance and said, "We're losing by six runs and the game is in the eighth inning. I guess he can be on our team and we'll try to put him in to bat in the ninth inning."

Shay struggled over to the team's bench and, with a broad smile, put on a team shirt. His Father watched with a small tear in his eye and warmth in his heart. The boys saw the father's joy at his son being accepted. In the bottom of the eighth inning, Shay's team scored a few runs but was still behind by three. In the top of the ninth inning, Shay put on a glove and played in the right field. Even though no hits came his way, he was obviously ecstatic just to be in the game and on the field, grinning from ear to ear as his father waved to him from the stands. In the bottom of the ninth inning, Shay's team scored again. Now, with two outs and the bases loaded, the potential winning run was on base and Shay was scheduled to be next at bat. At this juncture, do they let Shay bat and give away their chance to win the game?Surprisingly, Shay was given the bat. Everyone knew that a hit was all but impossible because Shay didn't even know how to hold the bat properly, much less connect with the ball.

However, as Shay stepped up to the plate, the pitcher, recognizing that the other team was putting winning aside for this moment in Shay's life, moved in a few steps to lob the ball in softly so Shay could at least make contact. The first pitch came and Shay swung clumsily and missed. The pitcher again took a few steps forward to toss the ball softly towards Shay. As the pitch came in, Shay swung at the ball and hit a slow ground ball right back to the pitcher.

The game would now be over. The pitcher picked up the soft grounder and could have easily thrown the ball to the first baseman. Shay would have been out and that would have been the end of the game.

Instead, the pitcher threw the ball right over the first baseman's head, out of reach of all team mates. Everyone from the stands and both teams started yelling, "Shay, run to first! Run to first!" Never in his life had Shay ever run that far, but he made it to first base. He scampered down the baseline, wide-eyed and startled.

Everyone yelled, "Run to second, run to second!" Catching his breath, Shay awkwardly ran towards second, gleaming and struggling to make it to the base. By the time Shay rounded towards second base, the right fielder had the ball ... the smallest guy on their team who now had his first chance to be the hero for his team. He could have thrown the ball to the second-baseman for the tag, but he understood the pitcher's intentions so he, too, intentionally threw the ball high and far over the third-baseman's head. Shay ran toward third base deliriously as the runners ahead of him circled the bases toward home.

All were screaming, "Shay, Shay, Shay, all the Way Shay"Shay reached third base because the opposing shortstop ran to help him by turning him in the direction of third base, and shouted, "Run to third! Shay, run to third!"

As Shay rounded third, the boys from both teams, and the spectators, were on their feet screaming, "Shay, run home! Run home!" Shay ran to home, stepped on the plate, and was cheered as the hero who hit the grand slam and won the game for his team.

"That day", said the father softly with tears now rolling down his face, "the boys from both teams helped bring a piece of true love and humanity into this world".

Shay didn't make it to another summer. He died that winter, having never forgotten being the hero and making his father so happy, and coming home and seeing his Mother tearfully embrace her little hero of the day!

Corrupt System - By the People; For the People; Of the People

Friends !!
We have seen & experienced the way system works. Everyone of us keeps on cursing on the system but least bother to cure. We have become isolated from other's problem and hence happy with our solved questions. We do not even realize that the corruption which is at present limited to offices may come to our house later. What will happen then, and never mind then it will be truly difficult to remove it. So it is better to act now or never ..

Recently we have heard that many new policies and Bill has been presented to the cabinet and ministries for discussions & approvals. We have never reacted on the proposals such as Minister 's salaries / facilities; their works and so on. However now this is high time as the new Lokpal Bill which is against the corruption but deliver very little. It seeks minimum of 6 months of imprisonment for the officials found guilty .. isn't it some kind of joke with us ? The corrupt should get minimum of 5 years of imprisonment because if it was for 6 months, by the time verdict comes, more than one year would have been passed and Court can release them stating the accused has already spent time more than the awarded sentence.

I agree and support Mr. Anna Hazare movement. His fight is for all of us so we must support him. Government is appointing corrupt ministers to discuss and validate the Lokpal Bill which clearly indicates that the decisive authorities are not at all concerned for their citizen and  have blind eyes on corruption. They are not into throwing out corruption but to nurture.

/dev/md/admin ---> Not found - Solaris 9

Friends !!!

Recently I have observed that if you have not respected SVM (Solaris Volume Manager), you may be in soup now or later.
SVM acts like a wrapper the way system see the disks and so accordingly modifications are made in the system wide configuration files. Obviously it is not easy for all to manipulate the files manually, also it is not recommended.
Sometimes the system is so messed up that it will not recognized the metadevice (SVM terminology) and thus you are unable to boot your system. However even if; in some cases you are able to bring the server up by your hard efforts; unable to execute SVM commands.
In Solaris there is file called path_to_inst resides in /etc directory and contains valuable information regarding the system wide devices. In rare times we required to empty this file; so that the system can build a fresh device tree and newly added / modified devices can be seen by the system.
When you system is in Solaris Native mode (Slice) mode this can be achieved easily by rebooting the system with boot -ar option at the OBP prompt.
However if you are running a wrapper like Veritas OR SVM it can be full of obstacles with you and system may keep on rebooting. This happens because your system requires metadevice to boot, however since path_to_inst file is missing / corrupted is unable to identify the device to boot with and hereafter problem starts.
So friends always have in mind if you have SVM configured, and required a fresh path_to_inst to be generated, first disable the SVM configuration so that the system can boot in Slice mode.
However if by any chance you are already in difficult times, after reboot you may observe that no SVM commands are responding and throwing error as /dev/md/admin --> no such file or directory.
To correct this you need to know if /kernel/drv/md.conf file exists. In most of the case it would not and so pseudo device for md is not created.
Actually /dev/md/admin file is a link to /devices/pseudo/md@0:admin
So now it is time to get this file created. Most of the time you will have the advice to re-install SVM package and reboot the system. However what I did today is as below :
SVM package is completely installed on the system and after recreating path_to_inst I started getting error for every Volume Manager commands
<command> : /dev/md/admin: No such file or directory

I found that /kernel/drv/md.conf file is missing. I created that file (assuming your system is currently in slice mode)
1. Create the file /kernel/drv/md.conf file with the below contents       ( Owner / Group - root/sys, permission 644)
####################################################pragma ident   "@(#)md.conf    2.1     00/07/07 SMI"## Copyright (c) 1992-1999 by Sun Microsystems, Inc.# All rights reserved.#name="md" parent="pseudo" nmd=128 md_nsets=4;####################################################
Once done execute the command
# update_drv -f md --> will rebuild the device trees and drivers for SVM.
Once the command completed you will find all the missing links liek /dev/md/admin, /devices/pseudo/md@0:admin and all required paths. I have done this on Solaris 9 but pretty sure will work on 8 also.
Now you can run all SVM Commands.

Hope you find this article useful.

Human dies not the Humanity - Natural disaster in Japan

Friends !!

It is really hard to believe; however it is truth; in seconds things changes. You never know when and where things collapses in the blink of your eyes. Creation needs time, efforts, planning and finance whereas destruction needs nothing.

The tsunami that barreled into northeast Japan on Friday was so murderous and efficient that not much was left when search-and-rescue teams arrived at the locations. Some 350,000 people have reportedly become homeless and were staying in shelters. The Tokyo Electric Power Company announced plans for rotating blackouts across the region to conserve electricity - the first controlled power cuts in Japan in 60 years.

However it seems this was not enough so as an add-on nuclear reactors also rocked by explosions one after another. The government warned 140,000 people nearby to stay indoors to avoid exposure. Needless to say in some time people of the other countries will also feel the pain and they would be required to be extra protective from radiation effect.

Seeing Japan, a landmark country in technologies, in such a distraught state is really very painful. Who could have thought that next morning will bring the toughest task for their life. In-stead of searching for livelihood, they will be required to search for their children, spouses and friends and so on ....

The Dai-ichi plant is the most severely affected of three nuclear complexes that were declared emergencies after suffering damage in Friday's quake and tsunami, raising questions about the safety of such plants in coastal areas near fault lines and adding to global jitters over the industry.

Initial estimates put repair costs in the tens of billions of dollars, costs that would likely add to a massive public debt that, at 200 percent of gross domestic product, is the biggest among industrialized nations.

At one side of the life people are enjoying Cricket World Cup and other aspects of life, and on the other hand for many their world has changed. They have become homeless and struggling to live a normal life. They are feeling helpless and can not think of the way out to fulfill the wishes of their kids. This shows how the life changes dramatically and does not gives you time to understand what is happening and why. In such situations one can not even imagine the state of mind and body of the victims.

However in such accidents / incidents you start experiencing true nature of being Human .  Unknown people from (un)known places come forward to help and extends their support without any greed. We have seen that other than simply tweeting, people are actually coming forward and giving support to the maximum extent. Needless to say we feel the sense of affection in terms of humanity.

It is true that Human dies not the Humanity

Reunion

"It is always easy to start a new thing rather than completing the existing one" !!!

This statement is complete in itself. We all have experienced such incidents in life wherein we have left the job in-between just because it was taking more time than expected and / or outcome was still not visible.

Alough in frustration you had left the job without completing it and later realized the same.

However anytime in life did you experience the joy on getting the job completed, left incomplete earlier ? If you really want to see the delightment of getting the un-finished job completed; watch out your kids. How they try to open a Box initially and later when not able to; throw it. They will go again to the box and try again. After so many repetitive actions, at last why (s)he is able to open , look for the sparks in their eyes.

That is what you feel when you get reunited with your loved one; whom you had lost earlier just in a fit of rage OR were not able to accommodate. Friends; by the time a relationship gets mature, you are aware if each and everything of your partner, and that is the time you need to start nurturing this. At initial stage every one in relation try to match up the other's expectation but it can not go in long run. Hence you need to be as honest as you are and live the bond; instead of carrying.

Do we know Honesty pays this way too !!!!

Govind Rao Khairnar / GR Khairnar or The Demolition Man. I am sure many of us still remember this name. This person has a tag with him and that is called Honesty. I have learned that one who is honest and loyal to his work will always do the job he is in for. When you perform your duty without fear and with dedication, people remember you, no matter how much time have elapsed.

One more name comes in my mind T N Seshan, Chief Election Officer, he was also loyal to his job and tried to make the process as transparent as he could. Today whatever ease is the there in the process for the voters is mainly because of him.

However one thing is to be noticed that; as far I remember; neither of both have either served their full tenure OR was given free hands to discharge their duties.May be because their bosses were afraid to do so; as these men would have come in public eye for best performers; and their complete planning for exploiting the nations would have been scrapped.

I never understand the system where

1. Officials want to discharge their duties but are not allowed to; and
2. Officials not at all interested in doing their jobs.

Why is happening and what are the intentions of rule-makers; is not at all clear. Now-a-days rule-makers breaks the rule proudly.

Yeshwant Sonawane (Additional District Collector) Killed by members of the oil mafia, which was a Rs 10,000cr kerosene black market. 11 held and main accused still in hospital in Sonawane Murder Case  and 80K Maharashtra gazetted officers is on strike today on Jan 27, 2011 for killing Yeshwant Sonawane in oil mafia (Kerosene black market). This is a high profile case and we can feel the heat. However the point to be noticed is "Are the criminals now not afraid of justice and / or Law and order ?". We all know justice will be done and at the max life imprisonment would be rewarded to one or two of them and rest will be for few years. The question is "will it be sufficient ? Will it bring back the faith, people have lost, in Law & Order ? Would the punishment sent a stringent message to all those involved in black marketing to step out of the business or face the rain ?"

May I request to the bosses, who runs the country, to feel ashamed on themselves and try to provide a better environment, in all aspect, for everyone that includes their families too. As what they are now, not necessarily their family member will also have same power tomorrow ....

How soon justice can be done as "Justice delayed is Justice Denied".

Afraid of being Creative !!!!!

Creativity is within us. Some of us knows this and acknowledge it in their daily life and some does not even know that what they possess is a gem. Some of us are aware of that things can be done differently but are afraid to follow their own mind. Creativity more about the quality of the time you have and being receptive to yourself. Though this does take some time.

What I suspect there are some real barriers which prohibit the person to use it. and I put them as below :

1. Lack of time. This is not as major as you may think. Linking thoughts and ideas only takes seconds. It can happen anytime, anywhere. Provided you are in the right state and pay attention to your own experience.

2. Fear of being judged. Creativity results in unusual ideas and perhaps even being different in some way. They can be thought of as strange, odd or challenging. Fear of being considered weird, stupid or just different often kills creativity.

3. Lack of self-esteem. When you do something creative, you go beyond the bounds of what has been safe and familiar in the past, to yourself and maybe even others. When you are not sure about yourself, being different in any way can feel risky or make you feel vulnerable. The danger is that you give up your new insight to just blend in. Smash out of those shackles!

4. Fear of failure. This inhibits us. If you are making a new connection in your brain there can be no inherent "right" or "wrong" about it. Failure can only have two meanings really; firstly, that it didn't work in the way you wanted it to. Secondly, Someone else did not like it. But so what??!!

Accept that Creativity is not reserved for genius only. You do not need specialist expertise to be creative. The fruits of your creativity may manifest in many, many differing ways.

If at any time you doubt your ability to be creative, remind yourself that several times every night you create an entirely new dream, which you script, act in and watch, which involves all your senses and has effects that can last long after they are over. This creation is so very effortless most people don't even recognise it as such.

How to be more creative.

1. Find the right frame of mind. Discover properly what it is that triggers and maintains you being creative. What's your best time of day ? Your best environment? Do you need to be alone or with others or alone in the midst of others?  Do you need sounds or silence or background sounds? Build a profile of your creativity state, then make time and space for it on a regular basis instead of waiting for some divine intervention and for it to just happen on its own. Explore what states you associate with being creative.

2. Cultivate dreaming. Pay attention to your experience of life and attention to your existing creativity rather than dismissing day-dreams and dreams. Don't allow yourself to waste what you may already be discovering by ignoring it.

3. Ask yourself "What if?" and "What else?" and "How else?" Always go beyond what you fist thought, find more and more different ideas.

4. When and/or if you hit a problem, pretend your usual solution is not available. This can work in many different ways. If your PC crashes today, how else might you do your work? If you usually argue face to face, what would happen if you wrote your feelings down instead? Some solutions may be no better than the ones you're used to: others may offer you brilliant new opportunities.

5. If you enjoy cooking ; see how many new tastes you can create with the help of same ingredients. You will be amazed to see that with basis ingredients only you can prepare different taste and various recipe. That all within you -- the creativity.

Some recipes use the same ingredients but different processes or quantities come up with different results.

6. Look out for the difference that makes the difference. When you encounter something that strikes you as different, ask yourself what it is about it that is so different or new or unusual. Where does the key difference actually lie?

Let me know your views on this and help me in making it more understanding and useful.

Visualise your Goal

A Little more persistence
a little more effort;
then what seem failure
may turn into a Glory !!!

The Catalina Island is twenty-one miles away from the coast of California, and many people have taken the challenge to swim across it.

On July 4th 1952, Florence Chadwick stepped into the water off Catalina Island to swim across to the California coast. She started well and on course, but later fatigue set in, and the weather became cold.

She persisted, but fifteen hours later, numb and cold, she asked to be taken out of the water.

After she recovered, she was told that she had been pulled out only half a mile away from the coast. She commented that she could have made it, if the fog had not affected her vision and she would have just seen the land.

She promised that this would be the only time that she would ever quit.

She went back to her rigorous training. And two months later she swam that same channel. The same thing happened. The fatigue set in, and the fog obscured her view, but this time she swam with faith and vision of the land in her mind. She knew that somewhere behind the fog was land.

She succeeded and became the first woman to swim the Catalina Channel. She even broke the men's record by two hours.

SUCCESS PRINCIPLES

When you set your goal, keep pressing on even when you are tired, physically and mentally, and even though there are many challenges ahead.

Integrity + "Giving Back."

Amadeo Peter Giannini (better known as A.P.); I am not sure if many of us know this gentleman. This is how the story goes :

When Amadeo Peter Giannini (better known as A.P.) was only 7, his father died in a fight over one dollar. Times got real hard. Eventually A.P.'s mother married a man in the produce business. At age 14 A.P. quit school to work with his stepfather. By 19 he was a partner in their thriving enterprise. It was here that A.P. built his reputation for integrity and honesty. At 31 years of age he had all the money he needed or wanted, and announced his retirement.

At 32, A.P's real career started when he was asked to join the board of the Columbus Savings & Loan society. It wasn't long before A.P found himself at odds with the other directors. He wanted the bank to loan money to hard-working immigrants, but at that time banks catered only to business men and the wealthy. His ideas of loaning money to the working class were scoffed at.

But A.P. was determined to make a difference for immigrants too - he had the vision, the perseverance and determination. He raised $150,000, and bought a converted saloon across the street from the Columbus S&L. A. P. kept the bartender on as an assistant teller, and opened the Bank of Italy. It was here he began to make a difference - to devise his real success formula.

It was considered improper and uncouth, but A.P. began ringing doorbells and talking to everyone he could about his bank. He advertised. He kept the bank open longer hours and on weekends to fit into working people's schedules. Business boomed. He knew he was beginning to make a difference.

But making money wasn't A.P.'s sole measurement of success. He believed he could make a difference by making other people's dreams come true, too. He helped the California Wine Industry get started. He bankrolled Hollywood when they were trying to make movies popular. When Walt Disney ran $2 million dollars over budget on Snow White, he stepped in with a loan.

A.P.'s story exemplifies the secret to success -- a strong vision, the perseverance and determination to overcome obstacles thrown your way and the courage to make a difference, even in the face of opposition.
What began in 1904 as the Bank of Italy is now the Bank of America -- the world's largest bank.

And what about A.P.? Did he die a billionaire?

When he passed away at age 79, A.P.'s estate was worth less than $500,000. This was purely by choice. A.P. looked down on great wealth. He believed it would make him lose touch with the people he wanted to serve. He worked without pay for years. One year he was given a surprise $1.5 million bonus and promptly gave it to the University of California.
The secret to success is having a strong vision and the perseverance and determination to overcome whatever obstacles get in your way, along with the courage to make a difference.

It's a winning success formula -- integrity plus "giving back."

No Shame .. No Regret .. No Apologies

Son kills father to gain divine power. Father kills son on extra-marital affair. Brother kills his sister on main road, people were just acting as mute spectators. First became friend and then killed him.

Today people are being killed for nothing.  I have not seen any newspaper without any killing news; not even a single day. Someday a person is killed for 2 rupees, then another day one is murdered for a drink and so on ... Now a days even inside families also people are not safe. Father kills son, brother kills sister, son kills mother / father and so ... and still

I am sure you are bored of these news as now a days it appears daily in your local and national news. Why this all happening ? What is the motive behind all these ..?

No Shame .. No Regret .. No Apologies ..

What life we are planning to give to our kids and how we could see our forefathers. We proudly announce that we have made arrangements for our kids and they need not worry. However are we really very sure that they are going to enjoy ?

The place has become so dangerous that we can't even carry a mobile or money freely and by the time our kid's time arrives - only GOD knows what would be the situation.

No one is bothered about their duties but yes they are ready to raise the finger on others ..

If every political parties main agenda is to develop the nation and provide best facilities to their citizen-- why there are multiple parties at all in first place ?

No One Killed Jessica

I have learnt a lot in my life with experiences. Although I can not guarantee that what I have achieved and learnt will have same meaning and values for others as it varies person to person.

However I strongly feels that if one starts learning only through experiences and not with the guidance of others, the life is too short to accomplish this.

While reading newspaper two or three days back I was shocked to read the statement by Shyam Munshi; I hope you all still remember the person; I will not watch No One Killed Jessica". I wondered what could be reason for not watching him the movie which is based on a real life incident and can be easily co-related with what is happening around us.

I was in process of recalling the complete incident and things were clear now .. I will not go in much details as it will fill many number if pages. However in concise :

Jessica Lal -- an aspiring model, whose career was finished before it could take shape

During the early hours of April 30, 1999, a thirty-four year old model named Jessica Lal1 was shot and killed at a private party in a South Delhi restaurant, allegedly for refusing to serve liquor to a guest after the bar had closed. The man in question was identified by three eye witnesses as Manu Sharma, the son of a senior Congress Party politician and former Union minister. In an interview with police that was subsequently broadcast on national television, Sharma confessed to the murder.

This confession was later retracted, and a plea of non-guilty entered at trial. During the trial the three critical eye witnesses recanted earlier statements made to the police, and twenty-nine witnesses of lesser importance did the same. One of the eye witnesses, Shyam Munshi, changed his testimony so completely that his revised statement was used as exculpatory evidence by the defence.

Sharma and eight other codefendants were acquitted of all charges in February 2006, resulting in a public outcry against what was perceived to be a gross miscarriage of justice. During the weeks that followed the verdict, petitions were circulated, protest marches organized, and candlelight vigils held. Later on President and PM intervention the case was appealed to the Delhi High Court by the prosecution in March, and in December the lower court ruling was reversed with respect to three of the defendants. Manu Sharma was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison, and two other defendants were convicted for conspiracy and destruction of evidence. (The verdict has been appealed to the Supreme Court, but Sharma remains in prison.) Shyam Munshi and other prosecution witnesses who turned hostile during the trial currently face possible charges of perjury.

Now coming back to life -- I thought why one would make such a loose statement ? People learn from mistakes but Mr. Munshi is not bothered. Why is not trying to seek forgiveness for his wrong deeds ?

Does it mean along-with time we are leaving behind the feel of humanity. The more we are developing ourselves, less we are concerned about surroundings. We have lost the scent of human touch and living an isolated life.
